GoGetIt is preparing to launch delivery, errand and concierge services in Sandy Springs, Georgia and surrounding areas. We are not accepting orders, delivery requests, driver applications, memberships or payments at this time. No launch date has been announced.

Services, service hours, membership benefits and prices displayed on this website describe the planned offering. They may change before launch. Displayed pricing is not a confirmed quote, booking or promise of availability.
Planned booking and payment process
The following process and cancellation policy will apply when ordering opens. Orders and payments remain closed today.
Submitting a request does not confirm a booking. GoGetIt will review availability and provide your total price and applicable terms before payment. Your booking is confirmed after payment is received and GoGetIt sends confirmation.
Delivery charges, service fees, shopping fees, mileage, waiting, additional stops, merchandise and taxes will be explained as applicable before payment. Tips are optional and separate.
Booking, payment and cancellations
To cancel, contact GoGetIt promptly at (943) 213-1324.
- Before driver dispatch: Cancel for a full refund.
- After dispatch, before shopping or pickup begins: A $10 cancellation fee applies, capped at your quoted delivery charge. The remaining payment will be refunded.
- After shopping or pickup begins: Your refund will exclude charges for work already performed at the rates disclosed before payment, plus authorized purchases that cannot be returned. The remaining balance will be refunded. GoGetIt will provide an itemized explanation of deductions.
- If GoGetIt cancels before providing service: You will receive a full refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time until funds appear depends on your payment provider.
Additional launch information
Payment methods, prohibited-item rules, delivery and proof-of-delivery procedures, customer responsibilities, membership billing terms and driver requirements will be published before the relevant features open. No subscription enrollment or automatic billing is available on this site today.
Website information and inquiries
Viewing the website or contacting GoGetIt does not create a delivery booking or payment obligation. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, identification documents or other sensitive information by email.
